Roz Billups joined Mid Atlantic Resource Group in May, 2019. As a Financial Advisor, Roz has over 10 years of experience in the finance industry. She has managed several highly performing teams with a focus on driving results for her clients and has earned many honors and awards in her career.
Roz began her career with a regional bank, leading their loss mitigation and credit operations department. As a manager, she was known for transforming underperforming teams into record breakers. She has worked with some of the largest banks and firms where she focused on wealth accumulation for small business owners and executives. She bases the foundation of her practice on the philosophy, Protect. Build. Invest.
In her spare time, Roz enjoys giving back to the community. She has held the position of Chairperson for Team BofA, Philanthropic efforts in New Jersey. She led hundreds of associates to have a meaningful impact in their communities through financial literacy, complimentary tax services*, and professional development for under privileged persons. Today, Roz enjoys presenting for groups such as the National Association of Black Accountants, Northern NJ Chapter, Jack & Jill of America’s Greater Essex and Hudson NJ Chapters, and most recently the Power Girls college prep program in Harlem, NY. In the summer of 2018 Roz studied International Business Law at the Cambridge University, focusing on Intellectual Property Rights and their treatment in the US, UK, and China.

Roz is happily married to her husband Alexander. They have two daughters, Is’rael and Naomi. They also have an adopted son Altair who is currently serving in the US Navy. Her family enjoys tropical vacations and volunteering to help others less fortunate.
