Matthew Simon began his career with Mid Atlantic Resource Group (margFINANCIAL) in July of 2021. Prior to joining margFINANCIAL, Matt earned his Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Monmouth University and his Associate’s Degree from Brookdale Community College. He worked full-time throughout his college career with his last few years spent as a personal banker with a local retail bank. In his spare time Matt can most likely be found on the jiu jitsu mats, in the gym, or reading in a quiet place.
Matt holds the Series 7 and Series 66 registrations, as well as the Life and Health Insurance Producer licenses. He is a registered representative and an investment advisor representative. Matt is licensed to sell life insurance in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maine, and Tennessee.
Matt's practice is focused around helping medical device sales reps. Being that Matt runs his own practice and finds his own clients, he can relate very well to others in sales roles. Matt likes to work with medical device reps in particular because he feels that those in the medical/healthcare field seem to take extra care in the end customer’s needs and objectives. Physical health and financial health are two big worries people deal with, which is a big part of why Matt gets along so well with medical device reps.
