Director of Recruiting

Mary Randolph leads the Talent Acquisition Department with responsibilities for sourcing and selecting all open positions at MARG Financial.  As a vibrant professional with more than 20 years of human resources experience, Mary is known for recruiting, developing, and managing highly productive and motivated personnel.  She is dedicated to creating strategic recruiting strategies that promote continuous growth for the legacy of MARG Financial.  Mary is a problem solver and a results focused leader who embraces change and innovation. 

Prior to joining MARG in 2007, Mary was Food & Beverage Director at an area hotel and conference center. During her 15-year reign at the hotel, she demonstrated expertise in the areas of human resource management, staffing, coaching, training, and personnel development.  Mary was the recipient of The Manager of the Year Award on two separate occasions.

Mary was born in Chicago, Illinois and raised in South Haven, Michigan.  She attended Muskegon Business College, in Muskegon, Michigan where she majored in Business Administration. In addition, Mary holds an Early Childhood Development Associates with a certification to teach infants through Pre-K. Mary also holds a Master Certification in Human Resource Management from Villanova University. 

In her spare time, Mary enjoys time spent with her family & friends, reading, cooking, traveling, and caring for her 60 plus plants. Mary is an avid sports fan.  Staying true to her mid-western roots, she loves cheering for the Michigan Wolverines, Packers, Cubs and Bulls.  She currently resides in Tinton Falls, New Jersey with her husband, their son and Bichon Frise’.
